Job Summary

Responsible for the planning, scheduling and execution of all engineered and non-engineered jobs for the distribution line and service work force. The job will combine the available personnel and equipment resources to assure that the jobs are completed in a timely, efficient manner.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.) Develop work plans which involves field checking jobs for all jobs assigned to the line and service personnel for construction, maintenance and operation of the distribution system.

2.) Interface with customers and expedite work as necessary to meet schedules.

3.) Interface with engineering, stores, and meter to assure a smooth work flow between all departments.

4.) Schedule and assist with other job related functions such as training and meetings.

5.) Coordinate planned outages and service restoration activities.

6.) Fill in for the Distribution System Supervisor as necessary during their absence.

7.) Support and carry out the company's safety program.

8.) Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education requirements are listed below: High school diploma or GED.

Work Experience requirement listed below: Minimum of 7 years' experience in distribution line or distribution engineering, or equivalent related experience, including good working knowledge of distribution operations activities.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Physical demand level is Sedentary. Must possess interpersonal skills necessary to deal with internal and external customers in a professional manner.

$83,413.00-104,267.50 USD
